Stamina training for adventure sports. This training method should have you race-ready within 1-2 months if doing it properly.

Here is a quick, yet painful, way to build huge stamina.

Start off with a few warm-ups (10-20 minutes).

Do weight-training of the muscles to be used (very low weight and super high reps).

Stretch.

Rest 10 - 15 minutes.

Stretch.

Do intense levels of intervals (fast movements with resisitance switched up with slow movements under more resistance). I would recomend at least 30 minutes of these with at least 8 switches.

Stretch.

Rest 20-30 minutes.

Stretch.

Do a long intense ride, run, paddle...(whatever you're training for) that will last between 45 and 90 minutes.

After 1 month, you will feel like an Olympian.
